National League for Culture & Development (NLCD) , a Partner of YOUTHMED Project (Interreg NEXT MED Programme), is looking for an AI System developer who will be contracted as part of the “YOUTHMED” project.

مدة التنفيذ: 30 شهرًا (من حزيران/يونيو 2025 إلى كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2027)
يهدف مشروع YOUTHMED إلى تعزيز مشاركة الشباب، والتعاون، والمسؤولية المدنية في منطقة المتوسط، من خلال الحوار الشامل، والتبادل العابر للحدود، والابتكار الرقمي — لتمكين الشباب ومنظماتهم من ابتكار حلول والمساهمة الفاعلة في بناء مجتمعات مرنة وشاملة.
أبرز النتائج المتوقعة:
- تدريب 510 شابًا/شابة في مجالات المشاركة المدنية، الثقافة الإعلامية، والمشاركة الرقمية
- تعاون بين 25 منظمة شبابية عبر الحدود
- منصة ذكية متعددة اللغات مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي (SmartMaria) لتعزيز التعاون الشبابي
- 4 فعاليات عابرة للحدود بمشاركة قادة سياسيين وثقافيين
- فضاء معرفي رقمي مشترك
- بيانات وشبكات داعمة لصياغة سياسات شاملة للشباب
الفئات المستهدفة: الشباب من عمر 18 إلى 30 عامًا، المنظمات الشبابية، الفاعلون المدنيون، والمؤسسات العامة في لبنان، مصر، اليونان، وإسبانيا.

The selected expert will develop the “SmartMaria AI System (as per Attachment A – Terms of Reference).”
✅ Provider Profile
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in system development (including 2 years in AI system developing)
• Language: Fluency in English and Arabic.

• Max Budget: €20,000 (across multiple assignments)
